+ - What is your return policy?
Orders must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date. Orders that are late will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers' expense. Returns that are late because you were away or your event was cancelled will be refused – no exceptions.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, this includes smells of smoke, body odor or pets, pet hair.
Items must have all tags fully attached to garments.
You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us so we recommend you send the item tracked.
Return forms must be included and filled in within the returned package before posting. These can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
A refund will be made by the original method of payment
The full purchase price (original shipping fee excluded) will be refunded once the above criteria has been met and it passes inspection from our online returns team. We do not cover your shipping costs back to us or refund the shipping cost paid by you.
Returns can take up to 14 days to process and refunds can take 7-21 working days depending on your bank.
+ - Non returnable items
Please note we will not be accepting returns on our sales clear out stock. This is stock that has been reduced to clear, it may have slight defects and cannot be returned. By purchasing this stock you are agreeing to these terms.
Custom sizes gowns that we make using the measurements you send us cannot be refunded. These are ordered with customers specific measurements or colour choice.
If you have purchased an item using a competition coupon that was won please note we do not take returns or exchanges on these items. If the item is returned a new code will not be issued and the item will not.
